Production Supervisor/Workshop Manager

Position monthly salary: negotiable
Location: Building 2, Phase III, Guanggu Electronic Industrial Park, Buddha Ridge 1st Road, Gaoxin 4th Road
Work experience: more than 3 years
Minimum Education:

Responsibilities:
1. Work arrangement and personnel scheduling according to the production plan to ensure the achievement of the production plan.
2. Supervise the production personnel to guide the operation according to the standard operation, and be responsible for the assessment of various departments and the improvement of efficiency.
3. On-site 5S work planning and supervision.
4. Work site inspection, timely detection of abnormal production process and supervision and improvement

Job requirements:
1. At least 3 years of "DIP SMT assembly and debugging" management experience;
2. Have large factory work experience small factory management experience is preferred;
3. Strong learning and communication skills, able to work under pressure
