Responsibilities:
1, set up the company's overseas independent mall operation system;
2. Responsible for the management, strategic planning, sales and operation of the company's overseas independent mall;
3. Plan the style, structure, function and channel of the website, and be responsible for team building, team training and daily work development, etc.
4. Through market research, comparative analysis with competitive websites, customer demand analysis, and according to the company's products and services and customer needs, optimize the website process;
5. Set up the company's overseas promotion channels (Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc.) and carry out operation and management;
6. Use overseas social media facebook, google, Twitter and other channels to promote and drain independent stations, track advertising effects in real time, analyze data independently, and continuously improve and optimize relevant content
7. Formulate and review the product promotion plan, and urge the team to implement the promotion plan;
8. Optimize advertising through management tools, continuously improve keyword strategies, reasonably optimize advertising groups, optimize advertising slogans, optimize bids, etc;
9, collect market information feedback, analyze industry data, timely adjust and optimize the delivery strategy, improve the quality score of advertising accounts, optimize ROI;
10, through the website operation to enhance the value and stickiness of the website, improve customer activity, improve the new registration rate, transaction volume and transaction frequency, and promote the company and the website revenue;
11. Develop Youtube, ins and other online celebrities, contact scientific and technological media, forums, email EDM, etc., and track the later effect;
12. Develop deal cooperation resources, discuss cooperation projects, submit and write promotion documents, and track the promotion effect;
13. Collect, summarize and analyze the problems and experiences in the process of store operation and account promotion.

 

Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, CET-4 or above, at least 3 years of independent station operation and promotion experience, with independent station management experience preferred, platforms include self-built stations and Shopify platforms;
2. Be familiar with the Shopify market and various plug-ins, and have certain experience in the overall framework construction, database management, daily operation and user management of the store;
3, sensitive to data, clear thinking, strong logic, good at thinking summary, content marketing ability;
4, have independent station activities creative planning ability;
5, have fan management, social media maintenance ability;
6、熟悉SEO,SEM,Facebook ads;
7, with a certain brand building ability, good at writing careful planning scheme, and can excellent expression and transmission
